To provide an opportunity to increase entrepreneurship capacity and to share information on successful entrepreneurship models.
1. Informal evening session was held on June 19, 2007 with the University of Kentucky, Kentucky Entrepreneurship Coaches Institute, Mentorship Coaches from Kentucky, Nottawasaga Futures Staff, and a panel of six local area entrepreneurs. 28 individuals participated in this event.
2. A half-day forum was held on June 20, 2007 for Simcoe County organizations and individuals that support new business start-up. 54 individuals participated. The information presented included entrepreneurship support models that increase the probability of entrepreneurship success.
