Goals:

To provide a full range of affordable housing options.

Action Items:

Encourage the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to work with community service housing organizations to develop more diverse and affordable housing (e.g., Habitat for Humanity).

Encourage the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to identify and implement successful community area planning techniques that will maintainthe diverse holostic nature of the community and ensure better future planning.

Link subdivisions by accessible transportations systems. walkways and green spaces.

Establish housing for seniors and disabled within walking distance to amenities (e.eg., Englands' progressive housing, Barrie and Brampton).

Create more affordable housing co-operatives and apartments for young families, youth and seniors.

Encourage the development of a women's shelter.
