Goals:

To maintain a low tax base by collaborating with adjoiningmunicipalities to provide services and access to recreational,cultural and medical facilities.

Action Items:
Encourage the efficient use of existing space in schools by usingin off-hours and support through volunteer and municipalcontributions.

Encourage private owners to develop a linked trail system.

Maintain and support the use of cultural and recreationalamenities (e.g. libraries and arenas) in adjoining municipalities.

Research the potential for partnering with the private sector,community organizations and all levels of government for thedevelopment of a seniors' building complex.

Investigate opportunities to leverage water technical servicesexpertise.
