The Business Excellence Resource Centres are located at the following locations: 233 Church St. South in Alliston, 7896 Yonge Street in Stroud, and 95 Holland Steet West in Bradford. The Centres provide access to tools, services and resources for entrepreneurs and businesses in the "South Simcoe" area.
Entrepreneurs and business people can access a number of services and resources at the Centres including:
- government information and forms;
- reference and informational books;
- access to professional Business Consultants;
- access to the Ontario Business Connects Workstation;
- support for financial sourcing, and
- knowledgeable staff and resource people.
Providing support to local entrepreneurs and businesses is vital to increasing the chances of their success. Business Support ProgramThe Business Support Program is an innovative program which provides opportunities for existing businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs with start-up, at no cost. The program is designed to meet the specific needs of each client and focuses on the marketing, operations, finance, market research and administrative components of business development. This program offers access to Professional Consultants and excellent services and resources that will greatly improve the chances of success for a new business and growth to an existing business.

Business Financing
Business loans up to a maximum of $150,000 are available to local businesses for start up, stabilization, or expansion plans. The loans are available to support the creation of new jobs, or to maintain existing jobs in our community. They are designed to meet the needs of area businesses that have not been successful in obtaining conventional financing.
While not competing with established financial institutions in South Simcoe, this loan fund can provide an opportunity to promising business ventures that may not meet traditional loan criteria.
